Dr.Jeff Bring him a tissue and don't expect much!
Dr. Bakal literally wiped his nose on his surgical glove as he was chit chatting non stop while performing a procedure to remove precancerous cells from my husbands neck. There was NO patient education given before or after the procedure....Cash
